We LOVE our Daddio!!

Chris is such an amazing Father....I love seeing him love on his little girl, I am pretty sure Kaisley already has her Daddy wrapped around her little finger.  Just when you think you can't love your husband anymore...and then they become a father.  It is the best thing in the world to see the man that you love as a father.  I love you Chris!!!  We are soooo happy your our daddy!!! We had a terrific day spending it with great neighbors and amazing friends!  We miss you all back in Idaho, can't wait to see you all soon!!

I can't believe how much Kaisley has grown!!
A week ago was the College World Series opening ceremonies...lots of fireworks!  Kaisley didn't seem to mind the loud noise either....It's kind of fun the stadium is walking distance away...Chris and I are going to one of the Championship games this week.
Kaisley...if you can believe it fell asleep, even through all the loud bangs!

Our little life in Omaha...

Well, I thought it was about time to do a "real" post....life here in Omaha is quite fantastic!!  So many fun things to do so many awesome people to hang out with, have dinner with, go on runs with, and the list goes on....we LOVE it!!!  So enjoy ALL the pictures from our past weekend of Fun!!!  I can't believe we have already been here for 3 weeks, time goes so so fast.  Kaisley is trying to stand on her own, not quite there yet, but it doesn't stop her from trying.  I can't get over how fast she is growing up, she also starting saying Da-da...of course not Ma-ma, what is up with that?  Well that's a little update on the babes...

I think she looks a lot like me in this picture....
She was a little tuckered out at the Zoo
I thought this little gorilla man was hilarious...looking!
Aren't these two the cutest!!! This is Scarlett and Tyler and let me tell ya, they are best buddies!!  The only way Tyler's mom can get him to go to bed is by saying, " you can see Scarlett in the morning"  So so cute...
Thought I better include this little critter
This is inside the Desert Dome....
The Aquarium....was amazing!! Kaisley was fasinated!!!
Yes, very cheesy
The Gorillas were our favorite...they are so entertaining, they would pick their noses, bang on the glass, pick up really big logs like they were a tiny stick...man those mammals are strong!  I didn't really think Kaisley new what to think about all of this....
This is a little creepy, I think he was staring off like this for hours....
Taste of Omaha....was this past weekend it was really fun, live music, yummy food, shopping and lots of other fun things!
Chris enjoying his Greek food

This is a large pond, so large that here they call it a lake...not so sure it is that big but it is an awesome place to stroll...

Last Post from Poky...farwell until Omaha!

Well I thought I better post one last time since our internet is being turned off today...as I have been packing these last few days I have been reflecting upon the past school year and all that has happened in our little family.  It is amazing how quickly your life can change and how quickly your baby grows up in such a short amount of time.  I remember moving here last August and thinking...here we go...new place to live, Christopher starting Dental school, ending my job to start a new one...being a MAMA....Wow!!!  All at once what the heck were we thinkin?  Well now that I can look back it wasn't so bad...I absolutely love being a mom and a "supportive" wife to a husband in stressful schooling.  It has been a great stay here in Pocatello we have made so many wonderful friends, but it is time to move on to the the great state of Nebraska...a week from today my parents are coming to bring us a Penske truck(THANK YOU RYAN!) to move our stuff...we get to go to Boise for a little over a week to spend some time with our lovely families.  Then Chris and his dad will head off to make the big trek to Omaha, as for Kaisley and I, we get to fly out on the 18th and meet Daddy there.  I didn't think driving 17 plus hours with a 8 month old was the best idea so I made sure to make other arrangements.  Well here are a few photos of the past nine months....can't believe the changes...

I'm pretty sure this is one of the first photos of her in Pocatello...we were lucky enough to have Grandma June stay with us...looking at these pictures really makes me want to cry...
Not the best picture of her, but it shows how tiny she was...
Our first family photo shoot....thanks to the talented photographer Cindy Bigelow at Sweet Grace Photography!
This is just a random photo I took last night, Kaisley loves to be on Daddy's shoulders, it's perfect for pulling hair ;)

Our growin'...movin'...sleepin'...sweet little girl...

Kaisley is definately keeping me busy these days, she has discovered the stairs!  Yikes!  She won't leave them alone...oh and she finds the littlest things on the ground, I swear I could vacum three times a day and she would still find something to put in her mouth.  It was a little scary, just the other day I had to fish something out of her mouth...it was some weird piece of plastic thing and she was chewing on it and then she thought she would try to swallow it...and thats when she started to gag and I noticed that she needed my help....what do you do about this???  Well everything was okay just scared the parents a bit.  Well, life here in Pocatello is wrapping up, we have only 1 week left!!!!

I think Kaisley is going to be living in sun dresses this summer, they are so easy and so stinkin cute...don't ya think?
This was about a week ago when the weather was actually
really warm...Kaisley crashed while on one of our many walks that day.
Doesn't she look comfy...sometimes I wish that I could have a stroller my size, so I could do the same thing.....zzzzz in the sunshine!!
Kaisley loves to drink from a cup, I bought her a sippy cup and she doesn't quite understand how to drink from it, so it pretty much makes her mad.  Maybe someday she will like it?
Here she is on the move of course......

Heading for the stairs......

Found the stairs.....
Trying to move up the stairs.......

Okay one more picture...I can't believe how BIG she is getting I think she has almost grown out of her car seat!  I was reminicing about how little she used to look in this car seat, and now look...

Enjoying the park....

Here are some pictures of some of our weekend...we went to 2 BBQ played some volleyball, some fresbee golf with our friends here it was a great time!!  Kaisley had some fun too while at the park, dad thought it would be fun to put her down the slide, I didn't think it was the greatest idea so we just pretended....
