An Update!

Well these past two weeks have been a little crazy, Chris has had a marathon of tests...midterms is so much fun....not really but we are so proud of Chris he is so close to being finished with this round of tests...Fall break will be here soon! Yippee!!! Kaisley and I have been keeping ourselves busy by playing outside in this beautiful Fall weather, going on walks, playing with friends, doing a projects here and there...., going to music class, and the list does go on....this is what we have to do STAY BUSY!! Otherwise you start to realize how little you do get to see your husband and then you start feeling sorry for yourself, but luckily pretty much everyone I live around are feeling the same way so that is a blessing!! We can all relate :) So Halloween is coming up and let me tell ya I am getting ready for my annual Halloween Party! So if any of you back in Boise would like to come, you know we do have a guest bedroom...r.s.v.p!!! I wish...So I promise I will be posting pictures of our house soon, you know me I am a little o.c.d...so I have just a few more projects and then I will give you a peek into our little Abode...oh, and I have tons of projects that I have done for the house, if your lucky I will share them with you all ;) Well hope everyone is well, Kaisley is becoming quite the "little girl", she is really close to walking...taking steps here and there, but is still really cautious. It seems like everyday she gets a little braver and a little more confident in her steps...we are in no rush to get her going as she is already into everything as it is! Well here are a few shot of our little muffin!
She loves to hang out on our bed!!

And in baskets...it was so cute she pulled this basket off the shelf, threw everything out of it and sat right down, she was getting in and out, in and out for about 20 minutes I swear...she loves to empty out stuff like baskets and boxes so she can climb in. The basket of toys in her room is mainly there so she can do this...most of the time her toys are for this purpose, I'm sure all you mamas out there can relate.

Kaisley's 1st Birthday Party...

We all had such a great day, on Kaisley's special day! Well Kaisley and I started off the day by walking to the zoo and exploring all the fun things it had to offer...the baby gorilla was by far the highlight...Kaisley wouldn't stop staring at it, it was so cute. This zoo worker has to hold it all day because it's momma got injured and can't care for her baby. Isn't cute, so strange to see an animal that is so much like us...the baby gorilla was wearing swaddler diapers!

Would not stop staring...she wanted to get through that glass so badly.
This picture is so cute...can you see the gorilla?

She loves the aquarium tunnel...sharks, sting rays, sea turtles, and lots of beautiful fish all swimming around...
The Butterfly Exhibit...was probably second in line to her favorite....butterflies flying all around you landing on your head, arms and feet....and they are so pretty!
She went after this one...I was lucky to catch a photo!

Staring at all the butterflies flying around...
The Giraffes!
Jungle Land....

The Big Party!! We celebrated with Jace, Haley and Randy's little guy, they are only a day apart...we had a low key party with just a few friends and 2 girls from Chris's class they are the sweetest...they are Kaisley's adopted aunties here in Omaha...
Here are the Birthday Cakes!

Aren't they the cutest! Matching shirts and all...I made them those, it was so much fun!

Finally our trip... Part II

Sorry for the delay...but life is pretty crazy with a one year old. Kaisley is becoming quite the little girly, requiring ones attention pretty much 24/7...Well of course these photos did not upload in the correct order so they are little random but who cares anyways,at least there up :) Well below are a few pictures from the Play Mobile Fun Park!!! Let's just say Jenelle, Sam would be in Heaven!!! Scott and Christine live just minutes away from the Play mobile Headquarters, where they have this amazing park for kids to play, dig, swim, play some more, and of course imagine!!! You can't even believe how much stuff there is to do and every play mobile toy you could ever dream up, they had and you could play with them all!!! Lets just say they're were no kids fighting over toys because they had plenty to go around!

This was Vincent's favorite part of the Park the digger pit! Kaisley loved it too!
Here we are at Old Market Square in Prague!
The carriage ride was a blast!

I immeaditaely thought of Jay when I saw this awesome bike...you could fit like six people on that baby...and they are all pedaling.
Here is a sweet Czech lady playing with Kaisley

From our Hotel window
Enjoying some BBQ corn on the cob
The beautiful city of Prague!! It was amazing!!!

In front of the castle in Prague
Kaisley is peeking out our window of our Hotel room, isn't she a cutie, mullet and all!
This was on the train ride to Prague...it was about a 5 1/2 hour ride, lets just say it felt really long by hour 2...but it was an experience. Kaisley's first train ride...
Can you tell she was ready to get off...I know I was...free at last!

Our trip to Europe!!!! Part:1.....

Wow...what a trip we had! Thank you Scott, Christine, Vincent and little Ally and the best Grandma ever!!!! We had an amazing time and we are so grateful for everything you did for us...we miss you all sooo much! Kaisley is a bit bored these days...she wishes she could play with her cousins from sun up until sun down :) Kaisley is a pro traveler let me tell ya...I think she did better with the jet lag then I did, she was pretty much sleeping through the night by the 3rd night, and me well thank goodness Grandma Fay had some sleeping pills...well we are glad to be home, but are so happy we made the trip, we will never forget it!!!
This is one of Kaisley's first experiences in Germany...playing at the park! Aren't the swings cool?
Rothenburg Germany....this city was so beautiful, we stayed the day here and ate a yummy lunch, ate yummy cookies, pasteries, and chocolates!

Look at how beautiful it is, so green and lush.

These are the famous cookies Rothenburg is known for. Aren't they pretty, they were good but not as good as they look...a little on the dry side, it's a good thing they were dipped in yummy chocolate!

This was at lunch, the waiter was soooo nice he even took Kaisley for me so I could finish eating and after a few minutes of being gone I thought I better go check on her and this is what I found coming out of the kitchen....it was the cutest thing ever! She has a wooden spoon in her hand and a chefs hat....they loved her!

Doesn't he look like the nicest man...

Grandma Fay stealing some sugar...isn't it adorable!
