Okay, I don't know what is with the squirrels here...but they are CRaaZy!!!! So a few days ago I look out my screen door and I see that the squirrel has eaten his way through our pumpkin...and was literally inside it! I didn't dare go out there to shoo it away, these squirrels aren't afraid, it would probably attack me or come inside, yes come inside these things are domesticated I'm telling ya...so I just let the little sucker indulge in this pumpkin all day long and then I woke up this morning and no pumpkin...the crazy critter moved the pumpkin down the steps and down the side walk about 20 feet away! I couldn't believe it he and his critter friends were probably trying to harvest the entire thing for winter? Well that isn't the only squirrel story for ya, this next story...oh how I wish I had a picture! Well yesterday was a beautiful Fall day so I was allowing the wonderful Fall breeze in by leaving the door open with the screen door shut...I was down stairs doing some laundry when I heard a loud scratching noise coming from the kitchen...I quickly ran up the stairs to find yes a squirrel...this isn't your everyday squirrel it is a BLACK squirrel...(I promise I am not racisit) it was sprawled out on the screen door looking right at me and the proceeding to do a freaky little scant! I slammed the sliding glass door shut and the stupid thing flew off! I swear the stupid thing was trying to find it's way in...by the way we have black squirrels...Chris researched it and said that this is one of the only places they exist...hey, there is another reason why you all should come visit:) Anyways...hope your all getting ready for the big night....Happy Halloween!! Can't wait to see all the kiddos in their Halloween best!
xoxoxo
Shout out to the love of my life...Chris turned the BIG 28 last Thursday! I love you. Babe you are the Best! Kaisley and I met Dad for lunch and then we had a little oreo icecream cake that evening...I made Chris his very own cake he didn't want to share with anyone...except Kaisley suckered her way into a bite or two (she didn't really have to do much but look at her daddy with those big blue eyes...)
Kaisley loves her new stroller Grandma Fay and Grandpa Dave got her...her little friends like it too! Probably since it is like one of the only toys she has...when kids come over their like, "Where are all of Kaisley's toys?" So I show them to her closet with the only basket of toys...and they ask again...Where are all of Kaisley's toys....I guess they will figure out ways to play with what she's got, hence the picture below...although she does have a few dolls, not quite sure why Kaisley's the baby...gotta love the kiddos!
