It's finally SPRING!!!!

We had another eventful weekend with wonderful friends!  I can't believe our time here is almost up :) now that the weather is nice it really feels like the end of the school year...yippee!!!  Christopher is gearing up for finals and Kaisley and I are packing what we can...Kaisley is 7 months old!!  I can't believe how fast times it seems like just yesterday she was just barely born, now she's moving everywhere and getting into almost everything!  It's crazy how fast they learn.  Here are a few photos from the last week/weekend....

Our Easter Weekend...

We had wonderful Easter weekend, Kaisley went to her first easter egg hunt...wish I had some pictures of that but I spaced taking the camera.  But we finally took advantage of being within about 30 minutes to Lava Hot Springs!  It was so great to get out of town for a bit and enjoy what this side of the state has to offer.  I don't know if any of you have ever been there, but it is so nice and relaxing...oh and if you ever go you gotta go to the Thai resturant just up the road, it is Awesome!  Thanks Zack and Katie and of course Joe it was so fun to share the fun with the three of you.  Life is great and it is so great to finally have some decent weather.  We're down to three more weeks then were outta here!!!!

Doesn't she look a little tired in this picture....her nap time is during church so she didn't get much of a nap, she went to bed right after the picture....there was no way we could get her to smile.

Guess who's crawling....

For the past few days Kaisley has been sooo close to crawling, she would actually go forward a little...but last night she went so far all on her own and today she is catching on even more!  I can't believe it!  Our little girl is growing up :(  I'm sure she is going to keep me on my toes, I guess I better baby proof....wish I could post te video but blogger still says there is an error?  Whatever...maybe someday?

Happiest Baby on Earth....

You don't know how long it took me to finally get a good shot of those little teeth...I probably took about a million pictures but it was worth it because I got the best smile EVER!!!  She is the happiest baby on Earth....don't ya think  ;)  When I looked at the camera after I got the shot, my first thought was the Grandma's are gonna love this one!

This is the funniest thing, lately when I have been feeding Kaisley she will stop and stick her thumb in her mouth...the first time she did this I thought well maybe she isn't hungry?  But then I go back in for another try and she opens up....guess she perfers a little sweet potato...a little thumb action...and some more sweet potato...why have just one when you can have both....Gotta love it!

The Peanut Shell...Kaisley's and mama's favorite and a must have!  Thanks to the wonderful Grandma June your the best it already has been a lifesaver!  For all you mothers out there this one is the best!  In case you were wondering you can even hold toddlers in it up to like 35 lbs!!  Not that I plan on packing her around her whole life, but who knew it might come in handy....okay maybe a little weird....

She is so content in here...super handy at the grocery store!...and here I am making up some dinner, normally she would be fine with chillin in the walker but this was the first day back from Spring break and I am afraid she got a little spoiled with being held all the time so I had to make dinner with her on my hip....happy to say I broke her of that real fast.  It is exausting having to hold your baby 24/7...

Update! Spring Break...

   Well we just got home from spring break...it was a grand ole time in Boise, seeing family and friends!  Kaisley and I were lucky enough to have 2 weeks of spring break...because my wonderful loving hubby let me stay the week before spring break so I could fill my cup up of family time!  Thanks babe you are the BEST your two favorite girls love you sooooo much!  Well we missed him tons while we were apart but it made his spring break that much more exciting.  I can't say we did anything too exciting, but it was nice to relax and not have a plan or a place to be :) I think Chris especially enjoyed not having the pressure of school for a week.  So now we have only 5 more weeks of life in Pocatello, crazy how fast this time has gone. 

 I am going to be busy getting ready for the move to Omahaaa!

I Love these pictures...we were snugglin in bed and Kaisley loves it too!  She gets so excited                                when we bring her in our bed now....special special times!

Grandma Fay bought this contraption of a jumper while we were there for spring break...lets just say there is a lot of stuff to look at play with and stare at....Kaisley had fun bouncing around and when she got tired she just sucks her thumb!  We would have loved to bring it home with us, but was a little to big to fit into the Jetta...It will just be a special toy she gets to play with at Grandma Fay's!

Well we had a Terrific weekend, because my lovely sisters Mary and Kristie and can't forget sweet little Elly...came for a nice weekend visit!  While they were here Kaisley got her first taste of solids...she loved it as I suspected, she is always wanting to eat our food...reaching for it with all her strength and at any chance she can get!  Kristie helped by holding her, we probably should get a highchair...maybe later when she is a little bigger.  Oh, and I can't forget she cut her very first tooth, I didn't even know she was teething!  I think that her other bottom tooth is coming in as well.  Oh, and I think she is about to take off any day now with the whole crawling thing...she is doing the backwards move now but she is getting on all fours and is a rockin...I hope she decides to back off of the whole crawling thing for now because I like that I don't have to baby proof my house.  Well that's the update for now...stay tuned!

This was last week, I took her on a little stroll and I think she enjoyed it quite well!  Doesn't she look so sweet and comfy!
